Students from Pierre Charles Secondary School stepped up and delivered an impactful message for the #PreparednessSNAP challenge!

Description: In this video, an elderly is taken to a hurricane shelter by her daughter but she is reluctant as she feels safe at her own home. To add, when they gets to the shelter, the corridors are wet and slippery so the elderly woman feels very unsafe. After being greeted by a shelter manager, an individual slips and falls on the corridor while making his way to the area for the residents. The shelter manager comes to his rescue, giving first aid and reiterating the need to make our hurricane shelters more safe.
Letβs give them a big round of applause and keep spreading the message of preparedness across Dominica!
